About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its Wilmington, OH Service Center. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday on the first shift and offers a competitive hourly rate with vacation after 90 days. The role involves handling invoice data entry and collaborating with suppliers to resolve issues in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enter invoice data accurately into the accounting system.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Assist with additional duties as requested by management.
- Maintain productivity while multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of accounts payable experience or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a Windows computer environment.
- Self‑motivated team player.
Required skills
- Oracle software proficiency.
- Windows operating system familiarity.
