About the role
As an Accounting Coordinator you will manage the company store and perform clerical duties for the Accounting Department. The position supports daily accounting operations, maintains records and documentation, assists with administrative tasks, and oversees store activities to ensure efficient service and inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Validate production data and perform inventory management activities.
- Complete daily hand‑add reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Perform assigned materials accounting duties.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Participate in planning and execution of community engagement initiatives and events.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting and/or inventory control in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment.
