Accounting Analyst II

About the role

The Accounting Analyst II is responsible for creating accurate accounting entries, maintaining ledger integrity, and supporting internal reporting for the assigned area. The role ensures compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and timely processing of financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions including general ledger entries, asset management, inventory control, and cost control.
• Input and review data for accounting KPIs, compile and analyze financial information, and prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure all entries are supported by documentation, comply with applicable accounting standards, and are entered promptly.
• Maintain internal controls, support internal and external audit processes, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge and stay current with government accounting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
