Accounting Analyst – Finance & Reporting

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will support daily accounting operations, including journal entries, month‑end close, and account reconciliations within the CRFC scope. Reporting to the General Accounting Supervisor, the role collaborates with market and local teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Execute assigned month‑end closing and intercompany activities.
• Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and analysis of discrepancies.
• Execute SOX controls and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide performance metrics (KPIs) to the supervisor.
• Assist in migrating R2R processes across scoped countries.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and document processes.
• Support ad‑hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of finance experience, preferably in a shared‑service or multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills – PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts, formulas.
• Understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.
