Accounting Administrator

About the role

As an Accounting Administrator at Seaside Plumbing, you will support the day‑to‑day accounting and administrative functions of the business, working closely with an experienced accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Batch and process invoices.
• Enter and maintain financial information in QuickBooks and spreadsheets.
• Process field tickets, update account notes, and help identify discrepancies.
• Maintain customer memberships and recurring service information.
• Record and reconcile cash receipts and account adjustments.
• Provide administrative support during payroll processing and assist with routine reports.

Required profile

• Some experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or office administration.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed data.
• Ability to manage routine responsibilities, meet deadlines, and ask questions when needed.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow accounting skills.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (experience helpful).
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
• Data entry and accurate record‑keeping.
