Account Supervisor – Fashion PR

About the role

BPCM is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead fashion‑focused public relations accounts. You will act as a strategic partner for top‑tier brands, guiding integrated communication plans and mentoring junior team members in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day workflow for 4‑5 client accounts, delivering high‑quality media results and regular updates to senior leadership.
• Review and approve client‑facing materials such as agendas, press releases, media pitches, recaps, activity reports and clip books.
• Serve as primary client contact, proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Develop and execute strategic press campaigns for brand launches, events, product releases and other milestones.
• Create and maintain client communications calendars in partnership with senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated communication strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts to secure impactful coverage.
• Mentor junior team members, overseeing workflow and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Contribute to new business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, preferably within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong media instincts and ability to generate meaningful coverage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset.
