Account Representative – Inbound/Outbound Sales

About the role

The Account Representative will service customers through inbound and outbound calls, presenting and closing sales of medical products and services, handling patient enrollment, and managing repeat orders. The role requires courteous, professional interaction and accurate documentation in Brightree.

Key responsibilities

• Process leads from external departments and follow up with product offerings.
• Place outbound calls in response to customer inquiries and approved marketing leads.
• Research issues, resolve problems, and communicate outcomes to customers.
• Update all pertinent records in Brightree following corporate compliance guidelines.
• Maintain high quality and quantity performance standards and adhere to departmental policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience with DME, Brightree, or call‑center environments is a plus.
