Account Partner – Marketing Analytics

About the role

Veeva’s Crossix team is seeking an Account Partner to drive sales of its marketing analytics solutions for life‑science companies. The role bridges client objectives with the Crossix Measurement Suite, helping brands improve DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Crossix offerings and articulate their value to prospects and customers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, including C‑level stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate forecasting.
• Partner with Client Services to oversee successful deployments, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends and propose data‑driven solutions to address client challenges.

Required profile

• Passion for healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing with a proven track record as a trusted advisor.
• At least 3 years selling technology, marketing, pharma data/insights, or media solutions and 5 years overall sales or business development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets while contributing to team success.
• Strong organizational skills with accurate logging of activities in Salesforce.
• BS or BA degree required.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) CRM proficiency.
