Account Partner - Marketing Analytics

About the role

Veeva Crossix is seeking an Account Partner to drive sales of its marketing analytics solutions for life‑science companies. You will align customer objectives with the Crossix Measurement Suite, working closely with client services and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Crossix's offerings and articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while managing pipeline using CRM tools.
• Partner with Client Services to ensure successful deployments, high client satisfaction, renewals and incremental growth.
• Stay current with industry trends, engage customers, address business challenges and propose data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Passionate about healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing with a strong drive for customer success.
• Proven track record of developing meaningful partnerships and exceeding sales goals.
• 3+ years selling technology, marketing, pharma data/insights or media solutions in life sciences; 5+ years overall sales or business development experience.
• BS or BA degree required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC).
• Understanding of digital media, advertising technology ecosystem and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
