Account Partner – Data Cloud (MedTech)

About the role

Veeva’s Data Cloud Sales team is seeking an Account Partner to drive sales of its modern data platform to MedTech companies. You will align customer objectives with Veeva Data Cloud solutions to help customers understand patients, providers, and market dynamics throughout the brand lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Veeva Data Cloud offerings and articulate their competitive advantages to prospects and customers.
• Identify opportunities and lead sales efforts through the full cycle from interest to onboarding.
• Collaborate with peer team members to create an organized, customer‑focused account strategy.
• Build strong, mutually valuable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage pipeline using CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, ensuring diligent follow‑up to closure.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to manage successful client deployments, drive high satisfaction, renewals, and deeper penetration for incremental business.
• Stay current with industry trends, engage customers, address business challenges, and propose solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience selling data‑driven solutions to MedTech customers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals while contributing to team success.
• Strong understanding of MedTech use cases supported by data and ability to navigate the ecosystem.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or consulting to life‑science customers.
• Eagerness to work in a rapidly changing startup‑team environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to spend time onsite with customers.
• BS or BA degree required.
