Account Manager – SaaS Customer Success

About the role

Litify is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with its existing SaaS customers. In this quota‑carrying position you will combine sales expertise with strategic consulting to ensure clients achieve measurable results using the Litify platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Litify clients, driving retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Own renewal motions, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Consult, educate, and strategize with clients to maximize platform value.
• Conduct business reviews and strategic check‑ins.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets tied to renewals and expansions.
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 2‑5 years of experience in SaaS account management or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience presenting to and engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset and collaborative approach.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts.
