Account Manager

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify and submit timesheets via QuickBooks
• Maintain ongoing communication with the workforce to avoid billing or payroll discrepancies
• Monitor customer accounts for non‑payment or delayed payment
• Verify and process vendor bills and issue purchase orders for purchases and subcontractor agreements
• Enter all invoices for the division
• Communicate with Project Managers, employees, vendors, customers, and sub‑contractors to keep projects within budget and schedule
• Facilitate weekly meetings with Project Managers to review cost‑to‑date and estimated cost‑to‑complete
• Assist Project Managers with material submittals to architects and engineers
• Prepare and submit customer invoices
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors
• Research, identify, and resolve accounting/billing discrepancies
• Perform cost tracking for projects
• Assist in month‑end reporting to support the CFO with WIP reports
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Engage with the workforce to promote communication, transparency, and accountability

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping or related field (preferred)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience with QuickBooks (a plus)
• Ability to operate office equipment such as 10‑key, scanner, copier, and fax machine
