Account Manager – Brooklyn & Queens

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead our Outdoor Service team in Brooklyn and Queens. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, sustainable plant care for commercial clients across the New York City area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of professionals delivering plant‑care services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Brooklyn/Queens territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and lead generation.
• Partner with the Director of Outdoor Services to set and achieve business, team and personal goals.
• Visit client sites to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to develop the Outdoor Service team.
• Recruit and onboard talent who share the company’s passion for landscaping.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, client service, operations or team leadership; experience in landscaping, horticulture or related service industry preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Experience leading field teams with focus on accountability, quality and safety.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
