Account Executive – Myopia (Michigan)

About the role

CooperVision, a leading global manufacturer of contact lenses, is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow its MiSight myopia product portfolio in Michigan. The role involves building consultative relationships with eye‑care practitioners, prospecting new business, and collaborating on joint business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for the MiSight portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a call cycle and territory business plan, including regular analysis of key metrics.
• Provide product education, marketing, and practice‑management tools to practitioners.
• Participate in state, regional, and national optical shows and travel up to 80% of the time within the territory.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven success in medical‑device or contact‑lens sales, consistently exceeding targets.
• Residence within or near the Detroit area (approximately 20 mi radius).
• Strong organizational and territory‑management abilities, with a self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Daily use of a CRM system for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of the contact‑lens market and CooperVision MiSight product line.
