About the role

The Access Coordinator III supports the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences by managing system access for staff, students, and graduate assistants. This position ensures that all users can securely log in to Workday via MyApps.Microsoft.com and navigate the internal job portal.

Key responsibilities

• Guide employees, students, and assistants through the Workday login and job search process.
• Maintain and troubleshoot access permissions for the Workday platform.
• Assist users in locating and applying for open positions, including student‑specific listings.
• Monitor application drafts and ensure timely submission before the closing date.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve access issues.
