Academic Support Testing Proctor (Part‑time)

About the role

The Academic Support Testing Proctor provides essential testing services for students at Chattahoochee Technical College. This part‑time, as‑needed position supports the college’s commitment to accurate and confidential assessment administration.

Key responsibilities

• Proctor assessments and skill tests, ensuring compliance with external agency policies.
• Prepare and procure appropriate testing materials based on scheduled needs.
• Collect and verify examinee identification and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of examinee information, reports, and confidentiality requirements.
• Operate and troubleshoot computer equipment and software in the testing lab before and during sessions.
• Enter, update, and register student information in RegisterBlast and Banner systems.
• Complete required proctor training and attend annual refresher sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Testing Coordinator.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or related apprenticeship.
• Ability to obtain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
