About the role

We are seeking a reliable 2nd Shift Loader/Sorter to join our production line in Hartwell, GA. The position works Monday through Friday on the second shift with occasional weekend and overtime availability. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will handle product at various stages, ensure quality, and keep the flow from processing to packaging smooth while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Separate, sort, grade, and pack product according to specifications.
Assist in staging work materials and maintain organization of the work area.
Support other departments as needed and perform additional duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

Complete required safety training and be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist for up to 8 hours per day.
Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus.
Ability to handle heavy loads and work in varying temperatures, from warm to very cold environments.
