1099 Kitchen Installer – Home Remodeling

About the role

We are looking for experienced, self‑motivated installers to join our growing network of independent contractors. As a 1099 Kitchen Installer you will deliver high‑quality kitchen, cabinet and countertop installations that meet Mad City Windows’ standards while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products, including cabinets, countertops and refaced units, following company procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each application.
• Communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment.
• Complete a detailed job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential kitchens, cabinet installation, countertop installation and refacing.
• Operates an established LLC or business with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Owns a van, shuttle or enclosed trailer capable of hauling materials.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
