Workshop Sales Representative – Washington DC

About the role

As a Workshop Sales Representative for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket, you will be the primary point of contact for independent repair shops in the Washington DC area. You will promote the full Bosch product portfolio, build workshop loyalty, and drive parts pull while representing Bosch’s brand and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑person visits to independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships and identify needs.
• Promote Bosch’s diagnostic equipment, spare parts, tools, and service solutions, reinforcing brand value.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects and increase participation in loyalty programs.
• Educate workshops on product coverage, quality, availability and purchasing pathways to drive parts pull.
• Support field campaigns, sales blitzes, distributor events, training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Record visit details, opportunities and feedback in Bosch systems and provide market intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal Bosch teams, distributors and sales leadership to resolve issues and meet territory objectives.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience, preferably in automotive or aftermarket environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage shop owners and technicians.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Washington DC area and maintain a disciplined territory routine.
