About the role
Privia Health is seeking a Workflow & Training Associate to join its fast‑growing Practice Integration team. This hybrid position blends on‑site and virtual training with workflow design to support both new and existing market implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑live training to providers, clinical and administrative staff focusing on efficiency, delegation, and population health initiatives.
- Lead onsite and virtual training events for new market rollouts and existing market updates.
- Communicate Privia’s best practices and act as a subject‑matter expert on the Privia technology platform.
- Assist in creating web‑based eLearnings and maintaining a knowledge library.
- Develop and update athenaOne best‑practice guides and resources.
- Generate KPI reports, highlight insights, and recommend improvements to end‑user efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in an ambulatory EHR environment.
- Familiarity with athenahealth’s suite of tools (preferred).
- Previous experience working with physicians and medical‑group staff is a plus.
- Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations.

What we offer
- Base salary $55,000–$65,000 USD per year.
