About the role

The Workday Extend Architect will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Workday solutions for clients in the United States. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and ensures alignment with market demands and Infosys architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and align them with immediate and future market needs.
• Drive scalable and secure architectural designs, integrating security measures and existing systems.
• Lead solution evaluation, assess client landscapes, and recommend integrated, future‑proof solutions.
• Create integration roadmaps, define short‑, medium‑, and long‑term milestones, and align them with technology and business goals.
• Advise technical teams and client stakeholders, building relationships and providing risk‑based insights.
