Web Product Manager – Lead Claude.com Strategy

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Web Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for claude.com. You will turn the website into the company’s strongest acquisition, conversion, and storytelling channel for both prosumer and enterprise audiences, driving awareness, preference, and adoption of Claude.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the web experience vision for claude.com, aligning marketing surfaces into a cohesive portfolio.
• Launch and scale a web experimentation program, creating hypotheses, prioritizing landing‑page tests, and delivering rigorous analysis.
• Lead conversion‑rate optimization across acquisition, signup, and checkout funnels, partnering with design and growth teams.
• Establish a robust web analytics foundation with data science, delivering instrumentation, dashboards, and funnel reporting.
• Drive international and localization strategy, ensuring web performance in every market.
• Collaborate with SEO and paid‑channel owners on on‑page requirements and landing‑page experiments.
• Prioritize inbound web requests from product marketing, enterprise marketing, sales ops, and other stakeholders based on growth impact.
• Craft and communicate a durable measurement story for the web to marketing and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into a clear, prioritized web roadmap.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through web initiatives in fast‑moving markets.
• Experience shaping strategy without an existing playbook and making data‑informed prioritization decisions.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional partners across marketing, design, engineering, and data teams.
• Experience with web experimentation, conversion optimization, and international localization.
