Warehouse Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to support fast‑paced production operations in Houston, TX. You will handle inbound and outbound materials, operate warehouse equipment, and ensure accurate inventory control on the second shift.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and stock inbound materials from suppliers, plants, and field locations.
• Operate forklifts, including a 25k Hyster 360, to load and unload freight safely.
• Pick, kit, and deliver components to production or shipping areas.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Read and follow operational documentation, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse or material‑handling experience.
• At least 1 year using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• 2+ years in shipping and receiving operations.
• Basic oral and written communication, computer, and math skills.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (including Hyster 360).
• ERP system usage (Oracle, SAP).
• Warehouse equipment handling.
