Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to work as Corrugated Cardboard Recyclers. This permanent, full‑time position involves handling cardboard gondolas, supporting customer needs, and maintaining clean, safe warehouse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to collect full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned areas.
• Transport and place filled gondolas at designated packers or compactors (training provided).
• Keep the area around all gondolas free of debris, dust, and trash.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain walkways to ensure safety.
• Organize and sort areas around the compactor/packer to maintain order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift loads up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, stretching, and reaching above and below waist level.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
