Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to work as Corrugated Cardboard Recyclers. This full‑time, permanent position involves handling cardboard gondolas, keeping work areas clean, and supporting the facility’s recycling operations.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to pick up full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport filled gondolas to the designated packer or compactor area.
• Maintain clear, debris‑free aisles and traffic pathways at all times.
• Dust, sweep, and mop around trash container areas to ensure a tidy work environment.
• Organize and sort the compactor/packer zones to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move gondolas up to 75 + lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head level.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
