Visual Designer – Brand & Product Design

About the role

Hypha is seeking a Visual Designer to own the execution of its brand across marketing and product experiences. Working closely with the Founding Designer, you will translate brand direction into launch assets, campaign creatives, and product‑level design tokens.

Key responsibilities

• Create launch and campaign visuals for web, social, decks, and events, including hero assets and derivative assets.
• Use generative AI image and video tools daily to explore concepts, build prompt libraries, and keep output on‑brand.
• Implement designs with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0) for landing pages, marketing site updates, and product‑level changes.
• Translate brand decisions into product tokens, components, iconography, and illustration within the design system.
• Maintain the brand asset library and guidelines, ensuring they remain current and usable by non‑designers.
• Build templates that enable marketing, sales, and engineering to ship on‑brand without design bottlenecks.
• Conduct visual QA across product and outbound materials to catch inconsistencies.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of brand or visual design experience, or an exceptional portfolio.
• Strong execution skills, systems thinking, and rapid iteration.
• Exceptional attention to detail in typography, alignment, spacing, and asset quality.
