Join a leading non-profit organization dedicated to behavioral health and human services in Massachusetts. As Vice President of Quality Management, you will hold a pivotal executive role, driving excellence across quality, compliance, privacy, and risk management to ensure the highest standards of care for the communities we serve.

Missions principales

• Serve as the Compliance and Privacy Officer, guiding the organization on HIPAA requirements, human rights, accessibility, and policy governance.
• Oversee the organizational response to incidents, critical events, and legal matters involving clients, ensuring accountability and compassionate resolution.
• Implement organization-wide frameworks, standards, and reporting structures to promote consistent quality and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders to identify trends, propose corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Preside over key committees, represent the organization in external quality forums, and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Lead the development, supervision, and succession planning of the Quality Management department in partnership with the CEO.

Profil recherché

• Proven executive leadership experience in quality management, compliance, or risk management, preferably within a healthcare or human services setting.
• Strong expertise in regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and governance.
• Exceptional ability to manage critical incidents with empathy and professional integrity.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing large-scale organizational frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills for interacting with regulatory bodies and senior leadership.
