Vice President of Finance

About the role

HoneHone is a fully virtual, remote‑first online medical clinic focused on longevity and health empowerment. The Vice President of Finance will partner directly with the COO and the executive team to build and scale the company’s financial foundation, driving strategic insight and operational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead company‑wide FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning, scenario modeling and performance management.
• Provide executive decision support by translating financial and operational data into actionable insights on growth, efficiency, margins, cohort economics and staffing.
• Manage cash and capital planning, runway, working capital and support fundraising strategy and investor diligence.
• Upgrade financial reporting for leadership and the board, delivering KPIs, dashboards, variance narratives and operating metrics.
• Oversee the monthly close process and coordinate with external accounting, tax and audit partners.
• Build scalable finance processes, policies and internal controls as the organization grows.
