UX/UI Designer Web

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our web product team in New York. You will collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive, data‑driven user experiences from discovery through development hand‑off and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in every stage of the product design cycle, from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
• Work closely with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead product design.
• Maintain design quality and ensure translated code matches design specifications.
• Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
• Contribute to sketching sessions with non‑designers and create UI deliverables such as style guides, high‑fidelity prototypes, micro‑interaction specs and pattern libraries.
• Drive data‑led design decisions by identifying assumptions, planning usability tests and collaborating with analysts.
• Design pixel‑perfect responsive UIs and adopt common interface patterns for better UX.
• Present work to the wider business during Show & Tell sessions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in daily workflow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sketch.
• Experience using InVision or Framer X.
