UX/UI Designer

About the role

Our client is an innovative technology company creating AI, XR/VR, robotics, and spatial intelligence solutions for defense, public safety, and commercial markets. They are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can craft intuitive, user‑centred experiences for complex, emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences and modern interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Translate complex technical workflows into simple, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.
• Iterate designs based on analytics, user feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design processes and polished UI work.
• Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other immersive development platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
