User Research Associate – UX

About the role

Sleeper is looking for a User Research Associate to join its product design team in San Francisco. You will help shape the experience of millions of sports fans by conducting both quantitative and qualitative research that informs new features, games, and social interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute research studies using surveys, remote testing platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• Analyze data with statistical methods to uncover user behavior patterns and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Document findings and present recommendations to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• At least 1 + year of hands‑on UX research experience.
• Proven ability to apply quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimental design.
• Self‑driven with strong collaboration skills in a fast‑paced environment.
