Urgent Care Provider – MD/DO/FNP/PA

About the role

This position delivers high‑quality, compassionate urgent care to patients of all ages in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented clinic. You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with a dynamic clinical team to ensure excellent patient experiences and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform urgent‑care procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X‑rays and laboratory work.
• Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Florida (FNP or PA‑C certification).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.
• Strong clinical decision‑making and excellent bedside manner.
