UI/UX Designer

About the role

Plan A Technologies seeks a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of a guest‑facing cruise line website and its companion mobile app. You will transform existing Figma concepts into complete, production‑ready user journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design holistic user journeys from early concept through final developer handoff for both web and mobile.
• Expand existing Figma concepts into UI components, design systems, and responsive layouts.
• Ensure consistency between desktop booking experiences and on‑the‑go mobile applications.
• Map friction‑free guest flows covering pre‑cruise exploration, booking, and on‑board interactions.
• Create wireframes, micro‑interactions, loading/error states, and polished visual UI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for responsive web and native iOS/Android apps.
• Proven background designing guest‑facing interfaces in hospitality, travel, cruise or experience‑driven industries.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Figma (auto‑layout, design systems, component libraries, interactive prototyping).
• Deep knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Understanding of web accessibility and usability standards.
