Truck Driver – Wausau, WI

About the role

3M is seeking a reliable Truck Driver to join its operations in Wausau, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for transporting materials safely while adhering to company safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily safety, environmental, and housekeeping inspections.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and quality production.
• Participate in daily operation meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive tractor‑trailer or dump trucks in compliance with all regulations.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (verified before start).
• Current, valid Class A CDL with T endorsement.
• Minimum three years of tractor/trailer or dump‑truck driving experience.

Required skills

• Class A CDL license.
• T endorsement.
• Wisconsin tanker endorsement (N) – preferred.
• Experience operating heavy machinery – preferred.
