Treasury Analyst – Global Cash Operations

About the role
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for daily processing and administration of global wire payments, management of the company’s bank accounts, and analytical support for Treasury Operations. The role demands high accuracy, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process global wire payments through banking platforms and the Treasury Management System (TMS), applying knowledge of international transactions, FX settlements and intercompany funding.
- Maintain appropriate cash positions across major header bank accounts to meet obligations, minimize idle cash, identify funding gaps, and reduce bank fees.
- Partner with banking institutions to resolve complex settlement and transaction matters.
- Support the full lifecycle of the company’s bank accounts—from opening and maintenance through closure—ensuring operational efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Administer the TMS (FIS Integrity), global banking platforms and the internal payment approval system, including user setup and entitlement management.
- Investigate and resolve TMS issues such as payment failures, authentication errors, and statement transmission failures.
- Support quarter‑end cash forecasting using the Direct Method and conduct bank fee analysis to identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc initiatives, including TMS capability expansion, workflow automation, and ERP/TMS migration projects.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented self‑starter who consistently delivers accurate, high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with enterprise systems and advanced Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and communicate workload conflicts promptly.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, reconciliations) and understanding of cash and treasury transaction flows.
- Experience or exposure to banking and financial markets is preferred.
