About the role
The Trade Operations Program and Trade Data Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and governance of trade‑operations automation and data programs that support Import, Export, and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) activities. The role sits within the Global Trade / Legal & Compliance organization and works closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, IT and external service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the enterprise trade data strategy and establish KPIs, metrics, scorecards and executive dashboards for Import, Export and FTZ operations.
- Lead trade automation initiatives, translating requirements into system logic, managing business requirements, UAT coordination and post‑deployment validation.
- Provide analytical oversight for trade transactions, conduct root‑cause analysis of exceptions and guide FTZ analytics.
- Maintain audit‑readiness by owning analytics, SOPs, process flows and supporting internal and external audits.
- Oversee CTPAT governance by supplying data, KPIs and tracking corrective actions.
- Manage and develop the Trade Analytics team, setting goals, priorities and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7–12+ years of experience in global trade operations, analytics, automation or program management.
- Strong experience with dashboards, KPIs and large data sets.
- Demonstrated experience with trade systems, UAT and automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Import, Export and/or FTZ operations.
- ERP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Advanced Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools.
- Prior people‑management experience and exposure to CTPAT compliance.
