TPM Manager, Infrastructure

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior Technical Program Management leader to own and drive critical infrastructure programs. You will manage datacenter bring‑up, multi‑cloud capacity scaling, and production workload reliability while building a high‑performing TPM team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 high‑priority infrastructure programs end‑to‑end, including datacenter construction, capacity planning, and migrations.
• Develop and codify processes, playbooks, and standards for TPM work across the organization.
• Partner with engineering leads to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and align TPM support where it adds the most impact.
• Hire, coach, and grow a team of TPMs, defining roles, writing job descriptions, and managing recruitment.
• Maintain portfolio visibility, track risks, dependencies, and blockers, and represent the team in leadership reviews.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading large‑scale infrastructure programs at a fast‑growing tech company.
• Demonstrated ability to execute complex technical initiatives and earn credibility with engineering leaders.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills, with a track record of hiring and developing TPM talent.
