Temporary Leasing Professional (Escala)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional to support the Escala community in Lathrop. You will drive leasing activity, ensure resident satisfaction, and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets during the lease‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi and CRM systems.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience, preferably with lease‑up exposure.
• Proficiency in Yardi and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount and bonus eligibility.
