About the role

The Front Desk Worker will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors to the Office of Admissions. This temporary, on‑campus role supports the Admissions team by coordinating visits and helping maintain a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective students, families, and other visitors.
  • Coordinate and schedule basic campus visits with guidance from the Manager of JD Operations.
  • Collaborate with Admissions Officers on more complex visit arrangements.
  • Perform office organizational tasks such as inventorying supplies and preparing the workspace for the upcoming academic year.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous paid or volunteer experience in a public‑facing role.
