Temp Creative Producer

About the role

The Creative Producer will join UNIQLO Global Creative Lab in New York City, ensuring fashion and design campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards. This temporary position works closely with internal creative teams and external talent to bring concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of production – pre‑production, on‑set production, and post‑production.
• Create and distribute call sheets, organize shoot flow, and verify product deliverables.
• Collaborate with creative leads and external partners from concept through final delivery.
• Handle vendor contracts, billing, and onboarding.
• Oversee post‑production tasks such as retouching and motion work.
• Track budgets throughout each shoot and manage shipping of samples.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and creative teams.
• Develop and manage style sheets.
• Support the Executive Producer on additional projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Film/Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field (strongly preferred).
• 3‑5 years of production experience in an agency, high‑end fashion studio, post‑production house, or production company.
• Solid understanding of all production phases across still, video, animation, and audio.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
