Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Commerce

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Quote-to-Cash operating cadence for its fast‑growing enterprise business. You will own the planning rhythm across engineering, finance, legal, and operations, ensuring a single source of truth for priorities, dependencies, and progress.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run a cross‑team roadmap for quote‑to‑cash, defining DRIs, sequencing dependencies, and status reporting for leadership.
• Drive high‑priority programs end‑to‑end, from scoping and trade‑off decisions through delivery across CPQ, order management, billing, and legal systems.
• Own the SOX readiness program: close gaps, design controls, collect evidence, and coordinate with internal audit.
• Manage technical dependencies across CPQ, contract data models, provisioning automation, billing platforms, and their integrations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of technical program management experience building cross‑functional programs in ambiguous environments.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise systems integration (CPQ, ERP, billing, provisioning) and the data flows between them.
• Experience running compliance or audit‑readiness programs such as SOX or SOC.
• Ability to build trust with engineers, finance partners, sales operations, legal, and executives.
• Comfort shaping operating models that are still being defined.
