Technical Program Manager – Cloud Inference

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead its cloud inference initiatives. In this position you will own execution of cloud deployments, coordinating internal engineering teams and major cloud partners to bring AI models to platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex and Microsoft Foundry.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to define, scope and sequence major technical initiatives for cloud partnerships and AI model deployment.
• Own launch readiness for Claude models on partner cloud platforms, managing checklists, blocker tracking and go/no‑go decisions.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with cloud partner engineering organizations, maintaining shared roadmaps and day‑to‑day coordination on deployment, capacity and incidents.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across internal engineering, product and go‑to‑market teams to deliver joint outcomes.
• Provide transparent reporting on program status, issues and risks to executives and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex programs, preferably on cloud platforms and AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures, AI/ML deployment and integration challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic priorities with rapid execution.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, scaling environments and bring order to chaos.
