Technical Implementation Program Manager

About the role

Bunkerhill is seeking a Technical Implementation Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of its Carebricks AI platform across multiple health systems. Based in San Francisco, you will work directly with clinicians, operations leaders, and IT teams to translate complex clinical workflows into scalable AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full customer lifecycle for 10+ use cases, from discovery through hyper‑care.
• Clarify workflows, data sources, triggers, and required write‑backs; define architecture and scope.
• Guide customers to stand up cohort feeds and triggers using SQL extracts, HL7, Bulk FHIR, etc.
• Validate data integrity across Epic and ancillary systems, reconciling end‑to‑end flows.
• Install and configure Epic on FHIR apps (OAuth2, security), and support SMART on FHIR where needed.
• Implement optimal write‑back channels per use case (FHIR create APIs, HL7 Z‑segments, portal APIs, SMART workflows).
• Build and enforce project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate internal engineering with customer IT to meet go‑live deadlines and provide post‑launch support.

Required profile

• Proven delivery experience integrating with EHRs, preferably Epic Systems.
• Hands‑on fluency with HL7 v2, FHIR R4, OAuth2, and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and validating data ingestion pipelines (SQL extracts, HL7 feeds, Bulk FHIR).
• Track record of owning implementations from discovery to hyper‑care with measurable outcomes.
