Technical Enablement Lead – Claude Platform

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Enablement Lead to own end‑to‑end enablement of the Claude Platform. You will create demos, hands‑on labs, and technical curriculum that empower go‑to‑market teams to showcase the platform confidently across API, Bedrock, Vertex, and Foundry integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Transform new platform capabilities (API, tool use, MCP, Agent SDK, memory, skills) into demos, labs, and quick‑reference guides within days of release.
• Deliver technical training sessions for onboarding and ongoing enablement, ranging from small labs to large field‑readiness events.
• Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours.
• Build self‑service resources and tooling (demo environments, content‑freshness automation, self‑service infrastructure) to scale enablement.
• Stress‑test upcoming features, gather field feedback, and relay insights to product and product marketing.
• Track usage and feedback metrics to continuously improve content and retire ineffective material.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement.
• Proven ability to write production‑quality code and build technical demos.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks, including tool use, MCP, or Agent SDK.
• Regular use of AI coding tools in day‑to‑day engineering work.
• Demonstrated experience delivering live technical training to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
