Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is the trusted partner for SewerAI customers, helping them extract maximum value from the PIONEER and AutoCode platforms. The role blends customer advocacy, operational support, and technical guidance, ensuring successful adoption of AI‑driven sewer inspection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational and technical contact, triaging and resolving lower‑level issues and escalating when needed.
• Document interactions in the Pylon ticketing system and maintain high standards of responsiveness.
• Provide workflow and best‑practice guidance, support onboarding, and deliver on‑site training for CCTV crews and utility staff.
• Travel to customer sites to install, configure, and troubleshoot SewerAI software on truck‑based hardware.
• Collaborate with Professional Services on training and workflow projects, and represent SewerAI at trade shows.
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Background in the sewer or wastewater inspection industry with knowledge of NASSCO standards.
• Experience with CCTV inspection data workflows and GIS integration.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to field crews, engineering staff, and back‑office personnel.
