Tech Talent Partner (US)

About the role

Chapter 2 is seeking a Tech Talent Partner to own the end‑to‑end hiring journey for engineering and technology positions. Based in New York, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, source top talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong pipelines of talent for early‑stage and scaling technology businesses.
• Drive full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy.
• Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders.
• Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth.
• Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio.

Required profile

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong track record hiring for engineering or GTM roles.
• Background in a high‑growth agency or startup‑focused recruitment model.
• Skilled stakeholder manager who can influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Passion for startups or mission‑driven work.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Based in NYC and able to work onsite.
