Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter supports the Bank’s hiring efforts across professional, undergraduate, graduate, and summer programs, as well as employee referrals and internal postings. The role involves sourcing candidates, building diverse pipelines, conducting outreach, and managing early‑stage screening. It also coordinates new‑hire orientation and onboarding events to help new employees integrate smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned requisitions, from sourcing to offer execution.
• Source, engage, and screen candidates using multiple recruiting tools and maintain pipelines.
• Maintain requisition data and workflow in Workday, ensuring accurate posting and candidate movement.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities, including new‑hire orientation.

Required profile

• Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition in a client‑facing or operational capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timely follow‑through.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build productive relationships across the organization.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
