Systems Operator

About the role

The Systems Operator supports Walmart's supply chain operations at the regional facility in Palestine, TX. This full‑time position ensures that warehouse and distribution systems run smoothly, contributing to efficient product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate automated systems that manage inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Identify and resolve system alerts or disruptions to maintain continuous operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to schedule system downtime and upgrades.
• Document system performance metrics and report any irregularities.
• Assist in training new staff on system usage and safety protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Good communication skills for interaction with cross‑functional teams.
