System Administrator – Remote/Onsite Support (6‑12 months)

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for a range of enterprise applications across multiple SDC locations. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Cleveland, Atlanta or Dallas for on‑site requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Level 2/3 support tickets, meeting defined SLAs.
• Perform defect analysis, root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Execute system maintenance tasks such as patching, user/role administration, access management and monitoring.
• Support application upgrades, migrations, installations and disaster‑recovery testing.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve system reliability.

Required profile

• Experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 application or system administration support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of system maintenance, RBAC, patching and operational support processes.
• Hands‑on experience with upgrades, migrations, installations and connectivity configurations.
• Familiarity with backup, restore and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and work effectively across teams.
