About the role

We are building a comprehensive technical documentation library for low‑ and medium‑voltage switchgear and power distribution equipment. The role involves translating existing product specifications and engineering details into clear, organized documentation suitable for engineering review, project submittals, approvals, and installations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical specifications and submittal documents for low‑voltage and medium‑voltage switchgear, PDUs, and remote power panels.
• Create and maintain a reusable documentation library that can be adapted across multiple engineering projects.
• Translate technical product specifications into accurate written documentation, working directly with SMEs to gather missing details and validate content.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to research, consolidate data, and accelerate drafting while ensuring technical accuracy.

Required profile

• Direct experience in switchgear, power distribution, or electrical‑engineering environments, with hands‑on knowledge of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage equipment (480 V+).
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and technical SMEs, and to convert complex engineering information into structured documentation.

Required skills

• Technical writing for electrical power systems.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems (480 V and above) and related submittal documentation.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted research tools (e.g., Claude) to support documentation workflows.
